How to be a Professional Hacker

Okay so if you're here reading this article, i assumed you're interested in hacking and you want to learn it but you don't know where to start. Well you're in the right place. But before you start to learn hacking, you have to know what is hacking really is. Most people think hacking is breaking into companies computer system and costing damages, but actually Hacking is more than that.

Hacking is an activity for peoples who's having an interest in learning how computers and technologies works and build something new from it or even upgrade it. so Hacker is someone that like to learn how computers works and create something from it, something better.

Blackhats is someone that use their hacking skills for bad purpose, 

Whitehats is someone that use their hacking skills for good purpose, like a Security Analyst or Penetration Tester, 

Well, Greyhats its kind of between Blackhats and Whitehats, so it depends on the person.

There are 3 level of hacker : 

- Script Kiddies

- Intermediate Hacker

- Professional Hacker.

Script Kiddies is someone that use other people hacking tools without understanding about the tools and don't even know whats going on behind the scene. 

Intermediate Hacker is someone that use other people hacking tools but with an understanding about the tools, know whats going on behind the scene and have basic understanding to be a professional hacker. 

Professional hacker is someone that have great knowledge about hacking and also can make their own hacking tools.

It would be great if you know all programming language but if you're just getting started, i suggest you to learn C, Python, PHP, HTML. Then when you're comfortable with this 4 language, maybe you can try to learn others like Java, C++, and many more.

Learn about how network works, Wireless, TCP/IP and others so that when you're having problem from the network and internet in the middle of hacking you know how to fix it.

If you want to hack a website database, of course you have to know how database works so you're not blind when you want to get into a website database.

4. Learn OS

Having a knowledge and understanding of OS it's useful especially in linux because hackers use linux for hacking. and it's great if you understand about Windows and Mac so you know how to find a way to get in or avoid the antivirus or even corrupt the system.

 learning to hack computer system is quite fun but it might be useful to learn about computer hardware so maybe you can build a virus to attack computer hardware. so first you have to understand how computer hardware works.

6. Solve your own problem and never give up

In programming and hacking world i bet you will get an error and problems all the time, nothing will work 100%. but that's the best part, the more you get problems, the more you will learn. but you have to fix your own problem, you can search it on google or even try to fix with your own knowledge that you have. and sometimes you can't solve your problem for days, weeks and even months, but don't ever give up because it's worth it. don't be afraid to make a mistake and don't stop believe in yourself.

For an advice, join a hacking and programming group in Facebook or forum and you will see many peoples would ask for solution to their problems. help them with your knowledge because you'll learn something new from it.
